Welcome back to The Venue Park Hall

Please take a few moments to review the changes we have made to keep everyone safe and help stop the spread of the virus.

We have social distancing measures in place throughout The Venue, adhere to floor markings, one way systems and do not move any furniture.

We have hand sanitizing stations upon entry to the centre and all play frames, toilet facilities and service counters, please use prior to entering and exiting these areas.

We will be closed for periods between sessions to deep clean all high contact surfaces and complete a full clean of the centre prior to the next session.

Please can adults and children over 11 years old wear a mask whilst visiting the premises other than when consuming food and drink.

Do not visit the centre if you are showing or have experienced any symptoms in the last 14 days.

We are only allowing 40% capacity in the soft play area and so have a booking system in place online and telephone.
